Chris is the Business Unit Head for Energy & Utilities vertical at WNS. Having begun his career as an Electrical Engineer, he has over two decades of experience across multiple areas in the Utility sector, including network planning and operations, waste to energy PFI projects and customer service operations. Prior to WNS, Chris worked for Scottish Power, United Utilities, Vertex, and Mphasis, and was instrumental in developing the first multi-utility installation in the UK.
