Keshav Murugesh serves as Group Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of WNS. Based in Mumbai, Keshav is responsible for executing the business strategy, and directing the overall performance and growth of the organization. He is a member of The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) CEO Council and has been the Chairman of Nasscom* for 2019-2020. He was also the Chairman of the Nasscom Consumer Interest Protection Task Force. Keshav is a Member on the Board of WNS Cares Foundation that focuses on community-related projects, especially education for lesser-privileged children in WNS locations globally. Prior to WNS, he has held several leadership positions in global companies, including President and CEO, Syntel Inc. and ITC Ltd. (an affiliate of BAT Plc). Keshav is a social evangelist, who introduced the first-ever Cyber Crime educational series for the Mumbai Police through WNS and Nasscom. He was the founder Chairman of Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) India, now known as Enactus, a global organization involved in educational outreach projects in partnership with businesses. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a recipient of the prestigious Chartered Accountants Business Achiever award, 2013. He has been honored as an 'Outstanding CEO' at the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards, 2015. He has also won the coveted 'India Disruptor of the Year' award at the CNBC-TV18 India Business Leader Awards, 2018.

Sanjay Puria is the Chief Financial Officer, and leads the Global Finance and Information Technology functions. He is a member of the 'WNS Executive Management Council.' A large part of Sanjay's experience has been in the offshore services industry. Sanjay has held several leadership positions within WNS in the finance function. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Chief People Officer
R. Swaminathan (Swami) is responsible for the entire gamut of people-oriented operations. He is a member of the 'WNS Executive Management Council.' Prior to WNS, Swami has held leadership positions at CA Technologies, he was the Head of HR at Syntel and has helmed diverse roles at GE spanning operations and sales. He is a change management coach and a keen practitioner of six sigma. Swami has a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Madras.

Alpar Kamber is responsible for executing business strategy and driving the overall growth and performance of key business units, including Hi-Tech and Professional Services, Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Products, and the Procurement Services function. He was the Founder and CEO of Denali Sourcing Services (now a part of WNS), a next-generation procurement services provider. Prior to Denali, Alpar held management positions at Ariba, FreeMarkets, Diamond Technology Partners and E&Y.
Chief Business Officer & Business Unit Head, Travel & Leisure
Deepak Gupta is responsible for executing business strategy and driving the overall growth and performance of key business units, including Travel & Leisure, Shipping & Logistics, and Energy & Utilities. He also leads the Digital Customer Experience capability for the organization. Prior to WNS, he has worked with Choice Hotels, IBM Daksh and Hutchison Essar.
Gopi Krishnan has decades of experience as in-house counsel, primarily in the IT industry. He is a member of the 'WNS Executive Management Council.' Gopi provides legal and regulatory advice to the Board of Directors and senior management, oversees the company's customer and vendor contracts, dispute resolution, mergers & acquisitions, and areas around employment law. He has held several leadership positions in Infosys, IBM and corporate law firms. He is an alumnus of the National Law School of India University.
Jason Wolfson is responsible for executing business strategy and driving the overall growth and performance of WNS’ Healthcare and Life Sciences business units and WNS-HealthHelp, a utilization management company. Prior to WNS, Jason was on the founding team as CEO of Poplar, an integrated delivery system serving Medicare patients in five markets across the US. Jason has previously held several leadership positions at Anthem, Optum, McKesson-Allscripts and Wolters Kluwer Health.

Krishnan Raghunathan is the Head of Finance & Accounting (F&A) practice and operations at WNS. He also oversees International Operations and Delivery Centers. Krishnan has decades of experience across F&A, BPM, Sales Solutions and Capability functions. Prior to WNS, Krishnan held several key roles at Genpact. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Chief Risk Officer
Pervez Workingboxwalla is responsible for enterprise risk management, business continuity management, information security and data privacy, operational risk management, Sarbanes Oxley compliance and group internal audit. He has been with WNS for more than a decade, and prior to this, he was with Andersen Consulting. Pervez is a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Chief Business Transformation Officer
Sanjay Jain supports the organization and clients in large and transformative deals. He is a member of the 'WNS Executive Management Council,' and assists with the development and positioning of new capabilities and technologies. Prior to WNS, Sanjay was the founding partner of several technology start-ups. Sanjay holds an engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Delhi University.
Selva Vaidiyanathan oversees the execution of business strategy and is responsible for driving growth and performance of key business units, including Banking, Financial Services and Insurance. Prior to joining WNS, Selva held leadership positions at Aon, General Motors, Genpact and DaimlerChrysler AG.

Yogendra (Yogi) leads the company’s efforts in developing and implementing new growth strategies globally. Yogi oversees the Sales and Strategy function and advisor relations. He is responsible for planning, designing, and implementing processes to support business growth by defining customer segments and new markets. Yogi brings proven capability in service delivery, transition, operations re-engineering, client management, pre-sales and sales. Before joining WNS, Yogi was with EXL, serving as Head of Sales for the Insurance and Healthcare verticals. He began his BPM career in 1999 with GE Capital and has managed operations for GE Australia.

Adrian McKnight is the Chief Digital Officer and is responsible for driving WNS’ technology strategy, digital consulting and transformation agenda to power business growth. Previously, he was WNS’ Head of Transformation & Quality. Prior to WNS, Adrian held key portfolios at QBE Insurance. Before that, he was the Chief Data Officer for Suncorp Group in Australia.

Akhilesh Ayer is the Head of WNS Triange (WNS’ Research, Analytics & AI Practice). While leading a specialized team of data scientists, data engineers and industry experts at WNS, he is responsible for enabling the data and analytics agenda in client organizations. Prior to WNS, Akhilesh was part of the formative team that set up the Research practice at GE’s Analytics Center of Excellence, which later became Genpact Analytics. Akhilesh has held key portfolios with McGladrey Capital Markets and CRISIL.

Archana Raghuram leads Marketing, Employee Communications and Public Relations. She is responsible for driving WNS' end-to-end marketing strategy, sales enablement and brand management. She also spearheads the creation of compelling thought leadership for the company. Prior to WNS, Archana has worked with Oracle, and was a media journalist with leading Indian and international publications.
Business Unit Head, Energy & Utilities
Chris is the Business Unit Head for Energy & Utilities vertical at WNS. He also manages the WNS South Africa business. Having begun his career as an Electrical Engineer, he has over two decades of experience across multiple areas in the Utility sector, including network planning and operations, waste-to-energy PFI projects and customer service operations. Prior to WNS, Chris worked for Scottish Power, United Utilities, Vertex, and Mphasis, and was instrumental in developing the first multi-utility installation in the UK.

David Mackey is the Head of Investor Relations. He supports the company’s efforts across business strategy, capital markets and corporate finance. David has over 25 years of experience in the offshore services industry, with expertise in strategic planning, P&L management, financial analysis, operations, business development, investor relations and equity capital markets. Prior to WNS, David held senior-level finance positions with Syntel and Unisys.

Gauri Puri leads the business for Life Science projects within the Healthcare business unit of WNS. She has decades of experience in industries including, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance and Healthcare across domains such as HR, training and operations. Prior to WNS, Gauri worked with Genpact, and was also a practicing dental surgeon for several years at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).
Managing Director, WNS South Africa
Gavin Atkinson leads WNS South Africa and is responsible for leading the entire South African operation, which comprises five revenue-generating divisions in seven sites across the country. He has over two decades of experience in the BPM industry and has been instrumental in shaping WNS’ Customer Experience Services in South Africa. Prior to WNS, Gavin was the CEO of BankServAfrica’s Contact Center. He has previously served as Chairman of the Contact Center Management Group and a founding member of the industry body BPESA.

Himanshu Bhardwaj is the Business Unit Head of Hi-Tech & Professional Services (HPS). He is responsible for the strategy, growth initiatives and financial performance of the business unit. Jitender Mohan is the Business Unit Head of Travel and Hospitality. He is responsible for the strategy, growth initiatives and financial performance of the business unit. Previously, he held several leadership roles in WNS, including leading the Hi-Tech & Professional Services business unit and the Customer Interaction Services (CIS) practice. He has decades of experience in the IT sector in various roles ranging from transformation, process re-engineering, and operations to sales and training. Julie Brignac is the Head of Procurement Services. She has 25+ years of experience delivering robust business outcomes in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Business Transformation and Finance. Previously, she managed Client Services globally for WNS Denali. Prior to joining WNS, Julie held leadership positions at DuPont, Honeywell, Newell Brands, Brambles and Accenture.

Manish Vora is the Business Unit Head of Manufacturing, Retail & Consumer Products. He is responsible for the strategy, growth initiatives and financial performance of these businesses. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Head of Sales (Horizontal Offerings) at WNS. With a background in finance, Manish has decades of experience in outsourcing, consulting, risk management, investment banking and audit. Puneet Dikshit is the Head of the Global Insurance Business Unit at WNS. He is responsible for the strategy, growth initiatives and financial performance of the business unit. Puneet has a proven track record of success, with over 25 years of experience in operations and customer relationship management in the US, UK and Australian markets. Prior to joining WNS, Puneet held leadership positions at global majors, including Citicorp Credit Services.

Shea Helmle is the Chief Executive Officer of WNS-HealthHelp. He is responsible for the strategy, growth initiatives and financial performance of WNS-HealthHelp. Before WNS, Shea was the Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer of Optum’s Payer Product and Growth Enablement division. Prior to joining Optum, he held key insurance leadership roles at Clover Health and Florida Blue.

Suhrid Brahma is the Chief Operating Officer of WNS Vuram, a global provider of hyperautomation services specializing in low-code enterprise automation. Previously, he led the WNS Technology Services and Internal Systems Development teams. He has decades of experience in the IT industry in various roles, including consulting. Venkatesh Ramarathinam is the CEO of WNS Vuram, a global provider of hyperautomation services specializing in low-code enterprise automation. Venkatesh has spearheaded several innovations within WNS Vuram and successfully built its expertise across multiple emerging technologies such as BPM, RPA, ML, OCR, Document Processing AI, and Analytics.
