R. Swaminathan (Swami) is responsible for the entire gamut of people-oriented operations. He is a member of the 'WNS Executive Management Council.' Prior to WNS, Swami has held leadership positions at CA Technologies, he was the Head of HR at Syntel and has helmed diverse roles at GE spanning operations and sales. He is a change management coach and a keen practitioner of six sigma. Swami has a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Madras.
