As a multi-national organization with a vast operational footprint spanning more than 160 countries, acquiring two additional entities presented a new hurdle to overcome. To streamline operations and improve efficiency, the client set its sights on consolidating the F&A systems of all three entities into one comprehensive system.

This undertaking was no small feat, as the project required the integration of disparate systems and the incorporation of region-specific nuances and diversified language support.
