The Solution
PRISM - A Unified, Workflow-driven Platform Built on Appian
WNS co-created PRISM, a centralized procurement platform built on the Appian low-code automation suite. Designed to replace the manual, fragmented ecosystem, PRISM offered end-to-end visibility and automation across the procurement lifecycle.
By replacing spreadsheets with structured workflows and empowering suppliers with a digital portal, the client transitioned to a truly intelligent procurement model that is workflow-native, integrated and insight-led.
