Join Us for a Featured Workshop: Beyond Automation: Building Intelligent Business Operations for Agentic Enterprises
When: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM, 16 September (Day 1)

We are hosting a 120-minute interactive workshop for finance and accounting (F&A) executives, designed as a peer exchange rather than a traditional presentation. Approximately 40–45 senior leaders will work together in small groups to explore Intelligent F&A Operations, combining finance-domain expertise, operating-model redesign, human-agent collaboration, scalable execution, trust and measurable outcomes.
Working at round tables, participants will progressively build an Intelligent F&A Operations Manifesto, answering the central question: “How should F&A Operations evolve in an AI-enabled enterprise?” Each table will define what F&A should build on, overcome and pursue; what work should be eliminated, redesigned and elevated; five design principles for Intelligent F&A Operations; a manifesto declaration beginning “Intelligent F&A Operations must…”; and three outcomes that would make the manifesto real.
