NelsonHall’s recent blog on WNS’ Robotic Process Automation (RPA) highlighted the following.
In 2016, WNS’ focus areas for RPA is First Notice of Loss (FNOL), claims processing and underwriting. The aim is to remove unnecessary steps in each sub-process. WNS has successfully applied this type of RPA in similar areas including medical review and transcription.
