WNS has been named to TIME’s List of World’s Best Companies 2023 – a resounding endorsement of the vibrant, inclusive culture the company has nurtured.
TIME partnered with Statista, a leading market research firm, to sift through the global corporate landscape and identify those that stood head and shoulders above the rest. Their rigorous methodology focused on three pillars that define a truly great company: Employee Satisfaction, Revenue Growth, and Sustainability.
Nearly 150,000 employees from 58 countries participated in independent surveys to share their satisfaction with work-related statements. Factors such as gender equality, work environment, pay equity, revenue growth and sustainability were considered. Once the data was collected and evaluated, it was consolidated and weighted within a scoring model. Companies with the highest score were awarded the World’s Best Companies 2023.
This recognition is a collective achievement that reflects WNS’ dedication to nurturing diversity, embracing innovation and fostering a culture that prioritizes its people.
