In 2016, WNS’ focus areas for RPA is First Notice of Loss (FNOL), claims processing and underwriting. The aim is to remove unnecessary steps in each sub-process. WNS also believes that sufficient savings and efficiencies can be gained by applying RPA to other insurance sub-processes such as claims logging.

WNS has successfully applied this type of RPA in similar areas including medical review and transcription.
