WNS Cares Foundation (WCF) has won the SABERA 2023 Award in the ‘Sashktikaran’ (Enablement) category for CyberSmart and other high-impact digital initiatives.
In 2020, WCF introduced CyberSmart, a free, gamified learning platform, to promote a holistic approach to combat cyberbullying. As of September 2023, CyberSmart has educated 4.6 Million children about cybersafety, equipping them with the knowledge to identify and report online threats.
Some of the salient features of the multilingual platform include:
- Age-appropriate content with interactive quizzes
- Guided tutorials for teachers, volunteers and parents
- No personal data capturing & call-for-help button
- Certification on completion of module
