WNS wins this esteemed award, for its ongoing ‘Community Development and Outreach Program’, under the auspices of the WNS Cares Foundation (WCF). WCF focuses on education as the prime channel for creating a better and sustainable future for underprivileged children. WNS’s employees across locations actively volunteer and participate in the various WCF activities.
Keshav R. Murugesh, Group CEO WNS, will receive this prestigious award on behalf of WNS, at the 7th International Conference on Social Responsibility, being hosted as a part of the Dubai Global Convention 2012 at the InterContinental Hotel, Dubai Festival City.
In addition to receiving this award, Keshav will also chair and moderate the plenary session on ‘Social Innovation: The Driver of Economic Growth’. During this thought-provoking session, Keshav will throw light on managing CSR as a strategic function and the need for social innovation as the way forward to alleviate some of society’s most intractable troubles. The session will also highlight on how corporates should draw up strategies for social and economic inclusion and nurture inclusive growth by working with marginalized communities and ensuring they have access to better opportunities.
