Mr. Murugesh serves as Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors. Based in Mumbai, Mr. Murugesh is responsible for executing the business strategy and directing the overall performance and growth of the organization. Prior to joining WNS, he has held several leadership positions in global companies, including President and CEO, Syntel Inc. and ITC Ltd. (an affiliate of BAT Plc). He is also a Member on the Board of WNS Cares Foundation that focuses on community-related projects, especially education for lesser-privileged children in WNS locations globally. He is the Member of the NASSCOM Executive Council, the Chairman of the CII Western India Education Committee, and the Chairman of the NASSCOM Consumer Interest Protection Task Force. Earlier, he chaired the NASSCOM BPM Council for two consecutive terms. During his tenure as the Chairman, Mr. Murugesh introduced the first-ever Cyber Crime educational series for the Mumbai Police through WNS and NASSCOM. He was the founder Chairman of Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) India, now known as Enactus, a global organization involved in educational outreach projects in partnership with businesses. Mr. Murugesh is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is a recipient of the prestigious Chartered Accountants Achiever award 2013. He was honored as ‘the Outstanding CEO’ at the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards 2015.

Business Experience & Education
Ronald Gillette is the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for WNS' Global Sales, Operations and Capability Creation. Based in Mumbai, he drives WNS' strategic plans and operating results. He is a member of the ‘Executive Management Council’ that focuses on driving the next level of growth and transformation at WNS. Prior to joining WNS, Ron worked with ACS and Xerox in the US and Europe. Most recently, he was the Group President, Xerox Business Services in Europe with responsibility for all Banking and Insurance services, and previously led its global Finance and Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) business. Before joining ACS, Gillette was a Senior Partner at Accenture, responsible for growing its Business Process Management (BPM) business. He has also worked with Deloitte Consulting, Ernst & Young and EDS in various leadership roles with a focus on building outsourcing businesses. Ron has a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy, and is also a graduate of the U.S. Army Command & Staff College. He holds an MBA degree from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia.
Chief Financial Officer
Sanjay Puria serves as our Chief Financial Officer and leads WNS' Global Finance function. He is a member of the ‘Executive Management Council’ that focuses on driving the next level of growth and transformation at WNS. Sanjay has more than 15 years of experience, out of which ten years have been in the offshore services industry. Sanjay is a veteran at WNS, having managed several key finance functions, including corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, and strategic business development before taking over as the CFO. Prior to WNS, Sanjay was at the helm of operations for a global provider of integrated information technology and KPO solutions, where his role centered around managing acquisitions, joint ventures, complex and multi-year contracts, strategizing on geographical expansion, revenue and cost management, pricing & commercials and implementation of LEAN initiatives. Sanjay is a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Sanjay is also a Director on the Board of WNS Cares Foundation.
Chief People Officer
R. Swaminathan leads WNS' Human Resources function, and is responsible for the entire gamut of people-oriented processes. He is a member of the ‘Executive Management Council’ that focuses on driving the next level of growth and transformation at WNS. Prior to joining WNS, Swami was with CA Technologies, where he served as Vice President - Human Resources and was the Country Head - HR for India. He has also served as Head of HR Operations at Syntel and thereafter, for a short while, was its Global HR Head. Prior to Syntel, Swami had a long tenure at GE spanning multiple roles such as Master Black Belt - HR and Assistant Vice President and Head - Operations for HR, Customer Research and Operational Analytics, apart from other roles in mergers and acquisitions. He is a certified Change Acceleration Coach and a keen practitioner of Six Sigma. Swaminathan has a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Madras.
Chief Business Transformation Officer
Sanjay Jain is an entrepreneurial senior executive with more than 30 years of successful track record in building and leading outsourcing, technology and consulting businesses. He has extensive experience in strategy and technology consulting, in addition to managing global outsourcing & consulting operations and M&A. As a veteran leader at WNS, Sanjay has been in several leadership roles in the past. Sanjay serves as WNS’ Chief Business Transformation Officer and supports the organization in large and strategic sales pursuits. He is a member of the ‘Executive Management Council’, and in this role, he assists with the development and positioning of our new capabilities and technologies. Prior to becoming the Chief Business Transformation Officer, Sanjay was the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). In this capacity, he led mergers and acquisitions, and supported the global sales team in large deal pursuits. Prior to becoming the CSO, Sanjay was the Chief Capability Officer in charge of strategizing, designing and implementing transformational solutions for WNS’ clients. He also led creation of new capabilities and solutions across WNS. Previously, Sanjay served as WNS’ Chief Information Officer. He was also responsible for setting up the Practice Consulting Groups and Platform-based BPO offerings at WNS. Prior to joining WNS, Sanjay had founded exevo (sold to Copal Partners), Intiqua / NetAcross (sold to Cambridge / Scandent / xChanging), and Modern Technologies India (rebranded as Corbus). He started his career with CMC where he worked as a Senior Solution Architect and Program Manager for multiple large, mission-critical systems for travel, satellite payload processing, defense and C4I applications. Sanjay holds an Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Delhi University.
Chief Strategy Officer
Vikas Saggi is the Chief Strategy Officer and is responsible for Corporate Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Strategy. Prior to joining WNS, Vikas was the Strategy/ M&A Director for Serco AMEAA, based out of Hong Kong. Prior to Serco, he was a partner at Bain & Company in India, and a leader in the BPO/ ITO practice. Vikas also spent several years with McKinsey & Company, in their London office, and was a core member of the offshoring and outsourcing practice. Vikas has ~20 years of work experience, most of which have been in the Business process outsourcing industry. His expertise lies in executing growth strategy initiatives (including M&A), enhancing sales capability and designing/ executing large transformation programs. Vikas has an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies in Delhi and a BA (Economics) from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, India.
Chief Capability Officer
Krishnan Raghunathan is WNS's Chief Capability Officer responsible for driving teams spanning capability creation, solutions, transition and quality. He has more than 20 years of rich experience across finance and accounting, business process management and sales solutions / capability functions. Before joining WNS, Krishnan led several challenging roles at Genpact, supporting strategic deals and consultative selling. In addition, Krishnan was also a business leader for a number of industry verticals at Genpact, including hospitality, transportation, logistics, media and professional services. Krishnan is a Chartered Accountant, a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and a trained Six Sigma Black Belt.
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Suhrid leads WNS Technology Services and Internal Systems Development teams. He works closely with the business unit leaders in creating and delivering technology-driven solutions. Suhrid has over two decades of rich experience in the IT industry in various roles, including Consulting. His stints include PwC, GE / Genpact, Deloitte and Wipro. Prior to joining WNS, he worked as Vice President – Solutions and Transformation at Wipro BPS. In the past, he has held senior roles in IT / BPO Program Delivery and Operations, Solutions / Platforms Development and Transformation. He has worked extensively for clients in the Manufacturing, Banking & Financial Services and Healthcare industries. Suhrid has done his engineering from IIT Kharagpur and his MBA from IIM Calcutta. He is based in Mumbai, India.
Head, Research & Analytics Unit; Head of Marketing
Akhilesh Ayer is the Head of the Research and Analytics (R&A) unit and the Head of Marketing at WNS. He is responsible for running WNS’ R&A business while enabling the analytics agenda in client organizations. He was part of the formative team that set up the Research practice at GE’s Analytics Center of Excellence that later became Genpact Analytics. He led the growth of the practice by enabling global clients to solve their strategic priorities using R&A. Akhilesh was previously the Chief Operating Officer for India of McGladrey Capital Markets, a leading mid-market M&A investment bank and was responsible for establishing its presence in India and advising companies on their M&A strategy and transactions. He was also leading the analytics team supporting the firm’s bankers globally. Prior to that, his stints include CRISIL Advisory (now Standard & Poor’s) on their financial restructuring and analytics assignments for the energy and water sector; and a boutique European consulting firm overseeing the firm’s consulting business. In addition to running the R&A business, as the Head of Marketing, Akhilesh is responsible for driving the marketing strategy, enabling growth and managing the WNS brand. Akhilesh is an Engineer who also holds a Masters in Business Administration.
Business Unit Leader - Banking and Financial, Healthcare and Insurance Services
Gautam Barai is the Business Unit Leader for WNS' Banking and Financial, Healthcare and Insurance Services. He is a member of the ‘Executive Management Council’, and in this role, he is responsible for the strategic orientation of large global deals and large account management. Prior to joining WNS, Gautam was Senior Vice President - Business Executive Operations for Bank of America Continuum's Mortgage and Insurance Business. Prior to Bank of America, Gautam served as the Head of BPO at Countrywide Financial Corporation leading a team of more than 5,000 employees. At Countrywide Financial, he was instrumental in setting up the India operations and was a part of the management team that built the Costa Rica operations. Gautam is an engineer with an MBA degree from London Business School and Columbia University - Columbia Business School.
Business Unit Leader - Utilities, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom, Diversified Businesses and India Domestic Business
Sulakshana Patankar is the Business Unit Leader for the Utilities, Retail & Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Telecom, Diversified Businesses and the India Business and Strategic Initiatives at WNS. She is a member of the ‘Executive Management Council’, and in this role, she is responsible for mentoring the overall finance and accounting strategy of the organization. She develops new ventures and delivery models for one of the most challenging markets - India. She also implements various programs in delivery excellence raising our overall operations' capability to the next level. Sulakshana is one of the founders of the F&A practice and has played a significant role in growing the business rapidly to help WNS establish itself as a leading player in the F&A BPO space. She has immensely contributed to the organization's growth in the past 10+ years in multiple industry segments. Prior to joining WNS, Sulakshana was a Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she managed various assignments in the area of business process re-engineering and financial / strategic planning for large clients. She is a certified Management Accountant.

Capability Practice Leader - Customer Interaction Services
Deepak Gupta is the Business Unit Leader for the Travel, Shipping & Logistics Services verticals. He is also the Capability Practice Leader for Domain-led Customer Interaction Services. Deepak focuses on both onshore and offshore delivery across verticals and geographies. He is a member of the ‘Executive Management Council’, and in this role, he is responsible for positioning ‘Digital Customer Interaction Services’ and TIER II strategic locations globally for WNS. Prior to joining WNS, Deepak has worked with various leading corporates such as Choice Hotels, IBM Daksh and Hutch. He has more than two decades of experience in the Hospitality and BPM industries.
Business Unit Leader - Consulting & Professional Services
Arun Kharbanda serves as the Business Unit Leader, Consulting & Professional Services vertical. Before joining WNS in 2005, Arun was co-leading the India business of Ariba Inc. (formerly FreeMarkets). He spent over three years with Ariba helping large Indian companies reduce cost through global sourcing and streamlining of procurement. Before Ariba, Arun spent close to five years with McKinsey & Co. as the founding member and Head of the McKinsey Knowledge Center. He also worked with Fluor Daniel to set up their offshore engineering design center in India and with Oracle as an ERP implementation consultant. Arun is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India.
Chief Executive Officer, WNS Assistance
Edwin Harrell is the Chief Executive Officer of WNS Assistance. Edwin is based in the UK. Prior to joining WNS, he was a consultant in the insurance industry and has worked closely with WNS Assistance since 1994. In 2001, Mr. Harrell was part of the team that helped set up our back-office processing center in India and subsequently integrated it to our U.K. delivery centers.
Executive Vice President and Global Head of Sales (Horizontal Offerings)
Manish Vora serves as the Global Sales Head for Horizontal Offerings (including Finance & Accounting, Customer Interaction Services, Analytics, Procurement and HRO) across existing and prospective clients. Earlier, Manish played a pivotal role in establishing WNS as a leader in the Finance and Accounting BPO space in the Americas. He was also instrumental in setting up WNS' operations in Costa Rica. With a background in finance, Manish has over nineteen years of experience in outsourcing, consulting, risk management, investment banking and audit. Prior to joining WNS, he worked with Accenture, Outsource Partners International and ICICI. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
Executive Vice President and Head of Sales, Europe
Nimesh Akhauri is Executive Vice President and Head of Sales for the Europe region at WNS. In his current role, Nimesh is responsible for building and managing a high-performance sales team across all industry verticals and horizontals. He leads the Sales, Strategy and Advisor Relations teams for the region. Prior to joining WNS, Nimesh was with Capgemini in the United Kingdom as a part of the leadership team for the Application Lifecycle Services business line. Nimesh has also held leadership roles in Syntel and ITC, an affiliate of BAT Plc. In the early days of his career, Nimesh spent close to a decade in Chicago and Atlanta working for top-notch consulting organizations. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Sciences and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Executive Vice President and Head of Sales, North America
Yogendra Goyal is the Head of Sales for North America region at WNS. He is responsible for executing the company’s sales strategy across all industry verticals. Yogendra comes with two decades of experience, with the most in the Business Process Management (BPM) industry. He has consulted and advised clients in myriad areas, including operations management, analytics and corporate functions. Yogendra began his BPM career in April 1999 with Genpact, where he was managing service delivery for Australian and North American clients. Subsequent to that, he spent 11 years at EXL and held various leadership roles across transition, solutions and business development. In the last phase of his tenure at EXL, he held the position of Head Sales for its insurance and healthcare business units. Yogendra holds degrees in electrical engineering and business management.
Senior Vice President and Head of Sales, Asia Pacific and Middle East
Tarun Tandon is Head of Sales for Asia Pacific and Middle East region at WNS and is responsible for the company’s sales and growth strategy for this region. Tarun comes with more than two decades of experience in sales, delivery and operations across multiple industry verticals. With extensive experience in Business Process Outsourcing & IT Services, Tarun has led customer engagements and large programs focusing on business improvements and technology-led change with an emphasis on impacts, benefits, operational efficiency and cost optimization for client businesses. Prior to joining WNS, Tarun worked with TCS for more than 15 years where he held multiple sales and management roles. Tarun holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Delhi University and a Postgraduate Certificate of Management from Macquarie University.
