Keshav Murugesh · Chief Executive Officer, WNS Group
Mr. Murugesh serves as our Chief Executive Officer and a member of our Board of Directors. Based in Mumbai, Mr. Murugesh is responsible for executing the business strategy and directing the overall performance and growth of our organization. Prior to joining WNS, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Syntel Inc. where Mr. Murugesh was responsible for the company's global IT services and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) businesses. Prior to being named CEO, he served as COO, President and CFO, during which time the company's global work force, revenue, EPS and market capitalization grew significantly. Prior to joining Syntel as CFO in 2002, he held a range of progressively responsible senior management posts at conglomerate ITC Limited, an affiliate of BAT plc. Mr. Murugesh holds a Bachelor's Degree of Commerce and is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a frequent industry speaker including at the World Economic Forum and is also a Member on the Board of WNS Cares Foundation that focuses on community-related projects in WNS locations globally. Mr. Murugesh has been the founder Chairman of SIFE (Students in Free Enterprise) India, which is a global organization involved in educational outreach projects in partnership with businesses across the globe.

Alok Misra · Chief Financial Officer, WNS Group
Alok Misra serves as WNS's Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for the overall supervision of the finance, legal and compliance functions for the WNS Group. Mr. Misra joined WNS after holding the Group CFO position at Mphasis, an EDS company, where he was a key member of the leadership team and helped grow the organization into one of the larger players in the information technology and BPO industry. Prior to joining Mphasis, Mr. Misra worked with ITC Limited, where his last assignment was financial controller of a US$110 million project involving the relocation of ITC's factory at Bangalore, India. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mr. Misra holds an honours degree in Commerce from Calcutta University. |

J.J. (Eric) Selvadurai · Managing Director, Europe
Eric Selvadurai serves as Managing Director of our European business. He is based in London and brings over 20 years of experience in the business process outsourcing industry, having built multi-location operations for large organizations. Prior to assuming the role of Managing Director Europe, Mr. Selvadurai was the Chief Executive Officer of WNS Enterprise Services business and President, Global Operations, where he was responsible for setting up and rapidly growing WNS delivery centers in India and Sri Lanka to meet growing client demand. Prior to joining WNS, Mr. Selvadurai was Asia Managing Director (BPO services) of Hays plc, a world-leading specialist recruitment and HR services company. He set up and managed Hays' business process outsourcing centers in the Philippines, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and the UK. Recently Mr. Selvadurai was recognized for leadership in finance and accounting Outsourcing by FAO Today Magazine and received the Market Maker 2007 award. |

R. Swaminathan · Chief People Officer, WNS Group
Swaminathan leads WNS’s Human Resources function, and is responsible for the entire gamut of people-oriented processes. Prior to joining WNS, Swami was with CA Technologies, where he served as Vice President - Human Resources and was the Country Head - HR for India. He has also served as Head of HR Operations at Syntel and thereafter, for a short while, was its Global HR Head. Prior to Syntel, Swami had a long tenure at GE spanning multiple roles such as Master Black Belt - HR and Assistant Vice President and Head - Operations for HR, Customer Research and Operational Analytics, apart from other roles in mergers and acquisitions. He is a certified Change Acceleration Coach and a keen practitioner of Six Sigma. Swaminathan has a Masters in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Madras. |

Sanjay Jain · Head, Global Transformation Practice
Sanjay Jain serves as the Head, Global Transformation Practice. With a successful 24 year track record in building and leading Technology, IT Consulting and BPO businesses, Sanjay leads the responsibility of designing and implementing transformation solutions for WNS’s clients. Prior to this role, Sanjay was the Chief Information Officer at WNS, responsible for architecting, managing and supporting the WNS IT Infrastructure, Corporate Application Architecture and WNS Technology Consulting organizations. Sanjay was also responsible for setting up of the Practice Consulting Groups and Platform Based BPO offerings of WNS. Prior to joining WNS, Sanjay held executive positions with exevo, Intiqua, NetAcross, Modern Technologies Corp and CMC. He holds an engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Delhi University. |

Mike Garber · Global Head, Sales and Marketing
Mike Garber leads the Sales and Marketing initiative, and will provide overall strategic and operational leadership to the sales function with a focus on North America and Europe. A member of the Executive Committee, Mike is also responsible for marketing campaigns and advisory relations. Mike comes with an accomplished career spanning 32 years in ITeS, marketing, consulting and general management, of which, over a decade has been in the outsourcing space leading global teams. He has held senior positions in several prominent outsourcing companies such as President of the Americas for Birlasoft, Senior Vice President - Business Development at InSource (a Virtusa subsidiary) and Insurance Practice Lead at eFunds. He has also served as Vice President and Business Unit Head of the Insurance Practice at Cognizant Technology Solutions. Out of University, he spent 20 years with MassMutual Financial Group, a top-tier US Insurance carrier. |

Ronald Strout · Chief of Staff and Head - Americas
Ronald Strout leads the Sales initiative in the Americas. He is responsible for increasing market penetration of new services, pre-sales assistance and building key relationships with external stakeholders. Ron has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and consulting. He is well-known in the industry for transforming businesses in large and small corporate environments. Prior to joining WNS, Ron was the Executive Vice President with a technology start-up. He has also held other senior positions such as the Senior Vice President at State Street Corporation and Partner / Managing Director at Bearing Point (formerly KPMG Consulting, Inc.). His vast professional experience also spans Security First Savings and Loans, Global Solutions and Interactive Data Corp. |

Manish Vora · Head of Sales for the Asia Pacific and Middle East region
Manish Vora serves as WNS’ Head of Sales for the Asia Pacific and Middle East region. Manish played a pivotal role in establishing WNS as a leader in the Finance and Accounting BPO space in the Americas before moving into his current role. He was also instrumental in setting up WNS’ operations in Costa Rica. With a background in finance, Manish has over nineteen years of experience in outsourcing, consulting, risk management, investment banking and audit. Prior to joining WNS, he worked with Accenture, Outsource Partners International and ICICI. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor. |

Ambreesh Mahajan · Business Unit Leader, Utilities; Head, International Delivery Locations
Ambreesh Mahajan leads the Utilities business unit, and also heads all of WNS’s international delivery locations. Prior to this, he was the Global Business Unit Leader for WNS’s Travel and Leisure Business – a vertical that he helped build for the organization. Ambreesh has over two decades of experience in managing operations, and has been responsible for new projects and strategic planning in the Business Process Outsourcing, Airline, Travel and Tourism sectors. His earlier stints include ebooker and MakeMyTrip.com (MMYT, listed on Nasdaq). At ebooker, Ambreesh was Director – Operations, for ebooker’s BPO operations in India, and was responsible for setting up and managing operations for the organization’s Pan European operations in India. At MakeMyTrip.com, a leading online travel company, he managed operations along with the business development function. During his tenure at International Travel House, he was instrumental in developing new lines of business apart from managing Strategy, Projects, IT, Sales and Marketing functions over his tenure of 9 years with them. Ambreesh has a Bachelors in Economics from University of Delhi, and a Masters in Business Administration from St. Edwards University, Austin, Texas. |

Anup Basrurkar · Business Unit Leader, Banking and Financial Services
Anup leads the Banking and Financial Services Business Unit at WNS. He has more than two decades of experience in this industry with a keen focus on the U.S, Europe and Asian markets. Anup has led and executed transformational engagements in wholesale and retail banking, capital markets and insurance segments of the industry. Anup serves as an Advisory Board Member for Nexus Payments, a private firm specializing in retail payments based in the Bay Area, California. Prior to joining WNS, Anup has held leadership positions at CGI Technologies & Solutions, and served as Business Head: Strategic Relationships - Global Banking and Investments where he was responsible for large strategic relationships in the financial services industry globally. He was also responsible for partnering with Fortune 100 companies in conceptualizing and delivering their next-generation information technology infrastructure and business operations. His earlier stints include Satyam Computer Services, where he was Business Head - Financial Services, North America; and Infosys Technologies, where he served as Regional Business Head - Financial Services in North America. Anup spent 9 years with Citigroup in India and Singapore (Global Corporate & Investment Bank & Global Transaction Services) with responsibility for diverse functions like Cash Management Operations, Product Sales Management, Business Process Re-engineering, Credit/Risk Management and Relationship Management. Anup is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. |

Arun Kharbanda · Business Unit Leader, Research and Analytics Services
Arun Kharbanda serves as the Business Unit Leader for WNS's Research and Analytics business unit. Prior to assuming this role, Arun was the Executive Vice President of operations for this business unit. Before joining WNS in 2005, Arun was co-leading the India business of Ariba Inc. (formerly FreeMarkets). He spent over three years with Ariba helping large Indian companies reduce cost through global sourcing and streamlining of procurement. Before Ariba, Arun spent close to five years with McKinsey & Co. as the founding member and Head of the McKinsey Knowledge Centre. He also worked with Fluor Daniel to set up their offshore engineering design centre in India and with Oracle as an ERP implementation consultant. Arun is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India. |

Jay Venkateswaran · Business Unit Leader, Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods and Manufacturing
Jay leads the Retail, CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) and Manufacturing Business Unit at WNS. Jay has been with WNS for over seven years and has worked with different parts of our business. As one of WNS's long-standing leaders, he has been responsible for a number of our recent successes in this portfolio. He began his stint at WNS as a Program Manager for Travelocity in 2004 and then moved on to Corporate Finance, where he worked on M&A, the IPO and set up the investor relations practice. He then moved on to become the Vertical Sales Lead (VSL) for Research and Analytics, followed by the VSL role for Retail and CPG as well as Travel and Leisure. Prior to WNS, he was with AT Kearney for seven years. Jay has an MBA from Coventry University in the U.K. |

Deepak Gupta heads the Contact Center operations as an independent horizontal offering from WNS. Deepak will focus on both onshore and offshore delivery across verticals and geographies. Deepak was earlier managing the Contact Center business of the Travel and Leisure business unit at WNS. Prior to joining WNS, Deepak has served with various leading corporates like IBM Daksh and Hutch. He has over two decades of experience in the hospitality and business process outsourcing industry. |

Edwin Harrell · Chief Executive Officer, WNS Assistance
Edwin Harrell is the Chief Executive Officer of WNS Assistance. Edwin is based in the UK. Prior to joining WNS, Mr. Harrell was a consultant in the insurance industry and has worked closely with WNS Assistance since 1994. In 2001, Mr. Harrell was part of the team that helped set up our back-office processing center in India and subsequently integrated it to our UK delivery centers. |

Gautam Barai serves as the Business Unit Leader for WNS’ Insurance Services. Prior to joining WNS, Gautam was Senior Vice President - Business Executive Operations for Bank of America Continuum’s Mortgage and Insurance Business. Prior to Bank of America, Gautam served as the Head of BPO at Countrywide Financial Corporation leading a team of over 5,000 employees. At Countrywide Financial, he was instrumental in setting up the India operations and was part of the management team that built the Costa Rica operations. Gautam is an engineer with an MBA from London Business School and Columbia University-Columbia Business School. |

John Westfield · Business Unit Leader, Travel and Leisure; Shipping and Logistics
John Westfield leads WNS’s Travel & Leisure and Shipping & Logistics Services business units. He has global leadership responsibility for operations, and manages business development and strategic planning activity for these sectors within WNS. John, who originally joined WNS as Head of Client Engagement for North America, has over two decades of senior leadership expertise in commercial ITO and BPO business development and service delivery across Fortune 500 firms spanning multiple verticals. John managed Strategic Engagements and Global Transitions at Cognizant Technology Solutions. Prior to that, he held other leadership positions within Global Outsourcing Transition and Transformation Operations at Computer Sciences Corporation; and was Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Wattage Monitor, Inc. John also has significant transportation industry experience from American Airlines, and held positions, including Managing Director - Internet Products, Distributed Systems and Desktop Services for the SABRE group, as well as other corporate-level leadership functions within Airline Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations Operations & Planning, and Airline Customer Service. John began his career in management advisory services and worked with Ernst & Young and Deloitte Consulting. He holds a Masters in Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin and lives in Dallas, Texas. |

Sulakshana Patankar · Business Unit Leader, India Business and Strategic Initiatives
Sulakshana Patankar will lead the India Business and Strategic Initiatives at WNS where she will develop new ventures and delivery models in one of the most challenging markets - India. She will also develop and implement various programs in Delivery Excellence raising our overall operations’ capability to the next level. Sulakshana is one of the founders of the F&A practice and has played a significant role in growing the business rapidly in the last few years to help WNS establish itself as a leading player in the F&A BPO space. She has helped the organization’s growth in the past 10+ years in multiple industry segments. Based in Pune, Sulakshana is also the site lead for Pune – WNS’s largest delivery location. Prior to joining WNS, Sulakshana was a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she managed various assignments in the area of business process re-engineering and financial / strategic planning for large clients. She is a certified Management Accountant. |

Tasneem Lakdawalla · Business Unit Leader, Finance and Accounting Services
Tasneem Lakdawalla leads the Finance and Accounting (F&A) Business Unit at WNS. Tasneem will be responsible for expanding WNS’s footprint in terms of offerings, and drive towards market leadership for F&A outsourcing globally. Tasneem has 15 years of professional services experience predominantly with the Big 4 global accounting firms, and has led engagements with some of the best known names in the industry within India as well as internationally. Prior to joining WNS, Tasneem worked with Deloitte. She has also worked in KPMG, Ernst & Young India Pvt. Ltd., the Emirates Group and Arthur Andersen. A Certified Fraud Examiner and a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Tasneem’s key areas of specialization include BFSI, Aviation and Private Equity. |
