Jaison Augustine, Vice President - Vertical Sales Lead, Shipping & Logistics BU

Jaison leads the sales and business development for WNS' Shipping & Logistics business unit. He has over 14 years of experience in the global shipping industry with companies such as APL, CSAV & CP Ships. He has extensive experience in functions such as sales, customer service, process management, reengineering and business process outsourcing. Prior to joining WNS almost five years ago, Jaison used to be part of the senior management team at CP Ships' captive BPO in Mumbai India. At WNS he owns the entire portfolio of logistics clients. He is based in New York.

Steve Cox, Managing Director - GTS Express-wide Planning & Engineering

Steve E. Cox is Managing Director of GTS Express-wide Planning & Engineering for Federal Express. His responsibilities include the oversight of global initiatives impacting clearance operations with a focus to improve the clearance process. Further, he plays a leading role in the corporate strategy development and vision setting through process or technology enhancements for clearance and brokerage operations. Mr. Cox is also responsible for the process monitoring of one of FedEx’s key systems for delivery of shipment images to all clearance locations globally.
