Jitender leads the Corporate Quality team at WNS. In his previous roles at WNS, Jitender has led transactional quality, WFM and the operations team. Jitender’s experience of 14 years spans sales, quality, WFM and operations management. He has a very strong track record of leading challenging assignments in varied functions and transformational process excellence projects. Prior to WNS, Jitender worked for IBM Daksh and GE Medical Systems and managed sales, training, recruitment and quality functions. Alok Verma

Alok has close to two decades of rich professional services experience in consulting, ITO, BPO and KPO across multiple geographies and industries. His expertise spans the areas of analytics, process and technology transformational projects, re-engineering and business intelligence from a solutions perspective. He has held leadership positions in Deloitte US, PWC India and Genpact, prior to WNS. Alok has an MBA from IIM Bangalore and a Bachelors in Technology from IIT Delhi. Jim leads WNS’s Customer Care business area in North America. Prior to this, Jim was an executive with IBM supporting outsourcing sales and solutions across the globe. Earlier in his career, Jim was President and Co-founder of HTI communications, a contact center outsourcing firm that was acquired by Spherion (Norrell) in 1998.  As President of Texas-based Austin Dataline, a provider of voice, data, and video services and support, Jim led the company to achieve Inc.500 recognition as one of the fastest growing companies in America. Jim received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri and an MBA from St. Edwards University

Anupal Banerjee

Vice President, Human Resources, WNS Global Services

Anupal heads our Compensation & Benefits and HR Managed Services group and is based out of Mumbai, India. He brings with him over 10 years of experience, mainly in the areas of Total Rewards, HR M&A and employee relations. In his role at WNS, he manages Total Rewards initiatives and programs, policy design and implementation, HR Managed Services and Payroll. Prior to joining WNS, Anupal worked for Infosys Technologies Ltd in various capacities in Bangalore and North America. He was instrumental in setting up their Latin America operations. Sanjit Bhoumick

Vice President, WNS Research and Analytics Services

Sanjit joined Marketics Technologies, a subsidiary of WNS Global Services in 2006 as Director, Client Services for analytics. He was responsible for setting up and growing key accounts in the travel and leisure and technology space, and relocated to US in 2007 to better manage his responsibilities. Sanjit moved into the WNS North America business development team after the acquisition of Marketics, and has led high-end analytics sales across North America since 2008. Sanjit’s focus areas include the retail, travel & leisure, media & entertainment and technology verticals, where he is responsible for acquiring new logos and growing existing business. Prior to WNS, Sanjit spent over 7 years in management consulting, working in various project management and delivery roles in premier firms such as Arthur Andersen, Hewitt Associates, and Stern Stewart. Sanjit brings significant experience in sales force effectiveness, mergers and acquisitions, and business process reengineering. Michelle has over 15 years experience in the airline industry, specializing in revenue recovery and passenger revenue accounting arena during the last 10 years. Prior to joining WNS, Michelle was responsible for establishing the Airline Revenue Recovery division at PRG-Schultz International, a leading auditing company, and for defining and implementing British Airways' Revenue Recovery strategy. Prabhakar is the CEO of WNS Philippines, Inc. He has been with company for over 5 years. Prabhakar has over 17 years of professional experience in Transitions, Project Management, IT & Business Consulting and Operations Management.
