What should companies that outsource do to prevent credit card fraud?

The Indian BPO industry was briefly under a cloud when a popular television channel recently claimed that an industry insider had sold “confidential financial information” of British customers. This was a repeat of an earlier incident; a few years back, a famous British tabloid maintained that its journalist had obtained account numbers, bank card details, secret passwords and other personal details of 1,000 British bank customers by paying $5,000 to an employee of an Indian BPO company.
