CORPORATE MANAGEMENT TEAM Our senior management team includes the following individuals:

Anup Gupta · Chief Operating Officer, WNS Group Anup Gupta serves as our Chief Operating Officer. He is based in Mumbai and is responsible for managing the company’s performance. Mr. Gupta has led many new initiatives at WNS including the establishment of the largest business unit since joining the company in 2002. Prior to joining WNS, Mr. Gupta was a Principal at eVentures, a SoftBank and News Corp backed venture fund, where he developed many companies in technology and offshore services areas. Previously, Mr. Gupta was a management consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton where he worked on client engagements in India, Asia and Europe. Mr. Gupta holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta where he was awarded the Institute Gold Medal for graduating at the top of the class. He completed a Bachelors degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur where he received the Institute Medal for achieving first rank in his class.

Alok Misra · Chief Financial Officer Alok Misra serves as WNS's Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for the overall supervision of the finance, legal and compliance functions for the WNS Group. Mr Misra joined WNS after holding the Group CFO position at Mphasis, an EDS company, where he was a key member of the leadership team and helped grow the organization into one of the larger players in the information technology and BPO industry. Prior to joining Mphasis, Mr Misra worked with ITC Limited, where his last assignment was financial controller of a US$110 million project involving the relocation of ITC's factory at Bangalore, India. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mr Misra holds an honours degree in Commerce from Calcutta University.

J.J. (Eric) Selvadurai · Managing Director, Europe Eric Selvadurai serves as Managing Director of our European business. He is based in London and brings over 20 years of experience in the business process outsourcing industry, having built multi-location operations for large organizations. Prior to assuming the role of Managing Director Europe, Mr Selvadurai was the Chief Executive Officer of WNS Enterprise Services business and President, Global Operations, where he was responsible for setting up and rapidly growing WNS delivery centers in India and Sri Lanka to meet growing client demand. Prior to joining WNS, Mr Selvadurai was Asia Managing Director (BPO services) of Hays plc, a world-leading specialist recruitment and HR services company. He set up and managed Hays' business process outsourcing centers in the Philippines, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and the UK. Recently Mr Selvadurai was recognized for leadership in finance and accounting Outsourcing by FAO Today Magazine and received the Market Maker 2007 award.

Steve Reynolds  ·  Managing Director, North America Steve serves as Managing Director, North America. He is based in New York and brings over 15 years of experience in the business process outsourcing industry. Prior to assuming this role, Mr. Reynolds was EVP, Business Development for WNS's Travel and Leisure services business. Prior to joining WNS, Steve was Regional Vice President for ACS where he was responsible for the growth, operations, and profitability of a division. This role included managing operations throughout Mexico, Manila, Fiji, Guatemala, and the US. Prior to ACS, he held senior executive positions at TRX and Travel Technologies Group (TTG), which became part of TRX in 2000. Mr. Reynolds received an M.B.A. from Texas A&M University and a B.S. in computer science from Baylor University.

Karthik Sarma, Chief People Officer Karthik Sarma leads WNS's human resources (HR) function. In this role, he oversees talent acquisition, deployment, employee engagement, rewards management and leadership development. Prior to joining WNS, Mr Sarma worked for Infosys, where he was responsible for managing HR in North America, EMEA and APAC. He is trained as an industrial Engineer and holds an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India.

Deborah Kops · Chief Marketing Officer Deborah Kops serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of WNS. Prior to joining WNS in May 2007, Ms. Kops was responsible for developing strategies and tactics for sourcing non core business processes for a global investment bank. She also served as Managing Director, FleetBoston Financial’s Fleet Services Group, and was one of the founding partners of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Business Process Outsourcing line of business. Her career also includes a consulting partnership at Arthur Andersen. Ms. Kops holds a master of architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois.

Arijit Sengupta · Head, Asia Pacific and Middle East Arijit leads the APAC and Middle East region for WNS. He is located out of our offices in Singapore. Mr. Sengupta has more than nine years of cross-industry, global sourcing experience having driven business transformation through outsourcing for a number of Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining WNS, he led IBM’s insurance BPO practice and was a member of the start up management team of Daksh eServices, a pure-play BPO which grew to 6,500 people acquired by IBM in 2004. During his tenure at both IBM and Daksh, he was instrumental in driving strategic initiatives in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, organizational development and transition. Earlier in his career, he was a management consultant at Accenture where he focused on business strategy and process reengineering. Mr Sengupta received an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University.

Daniel Wollenberg · Global Head of Business Transformation Daniel Wollenberg serves as Global Head of WNS's Business Transformation Services practice. With over 20 years of experience, Mr Wollenberg leads a unified consulting and implementation practice incorporating Transformation Advisory, Program/Project Management, Process Excellence/Six Sigma, and Technology Solutions. Prior to joining WNS, he was responsible for developing/implementing transformational strategies, driven largely by Business Process/IT outsourcing, in his roles as SVP, Business Transformation, Huntington Bank, Managing Director in a Global Business Transformation practice, Unisys, and Regional Vice President, Covansys. Earlier in his career, he served as a Partner with several consultancies responsible for the growth, operations, and profitability of regional/practice level business units along with serving in management and IT consulting roles focused on operational strategy, process reengineering, and enterprise technology. Mr. Wollenberg received a B.S. from Illinois State University in Computer Science and Economics.

BUSINESS UNIT MANAGEMENT TEAM Our business unit management team is led by the following individuals:

Ambreesh Mahajan · Business Unit Leader, Travel and Leisure Services Ambreesh Mahajan serves as Business Unit Leader of our Travel and Leisure services business unit. Based in Mumbai, he has played a key role in building the travel and leisure business at WNS. Mr Mahajan has over 15 years of experience in managing operations and has been responsible for new projects and strategic planning in the airline, travel and tourism sectors. Prior to joining WNS, Mr. Mahajan was Director-Operations at eBooker Plc's BPO operations in India, where he was responsible for setting up and managing operations for the eBooker  pan European operations in India. Prior to that, he worked with  makemytrip.com, a leading online travel company and managed operations and business development function, and during his tenure at International travel House, he managed various portfolios in developing new lines of business, IT, sales and marketing. Mr. Mahajan holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from University of Delhi, and a Masters in Business Administration from St. Edwards University, Austin, Texas.

Edwin Harrell · CEO, WNS Assistance Edwin Harrell is the CEO of WNS Assistance. Edwin is based in the UK. Prior to joining WNS, Mr. Harrell was a consultant in the insurance industry and has worked closely with WNS Assistance since 1994. In 2001, Mr. Harrell was part of the team that helped set up our back-office processing center in India and subsequently integrated it to our UK delivery centers.

Arun Kharbanda · Business Unit Leader, WNS Research and Analytics Services  Arun Kharbanda serves as the Business Unit Leader for WNS's Research and Analytics business unit. Prior to assuming this role, Arun was the Executive Vice President of operations for this business unit. Before joining WNS in 2005, Arun was co-leading the India business of Ariba Inc. (formerly FreeMarkets). He spent over three years with Ariba helping large Indian companies reduce cost through global sourcing and streamlining of procurement. Before Ariba, Arun spent close to five years with McKinsey & Co. as the founding member and Head of the McKinsey Knowledge Centre. He also worked with Fluor Daniel to set up their offshore engineering design centre in India and with Oracle as an ERP implementation consultant. Arun is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India.

Jasjit S Kang · Business Unit Leader - Banking and Financial Services Jasjit Singh Kang serves as Business Unit Leader of WNS’s Banking and Financial Services business unit. He leads operations, transitions and process improvement for all BFS clients at WNS. Mr Kang has over seventeen years of experience in operations, technology solutions, product management and business development. Prior to joining WNS, Mr Kang worked with Genpact as the global operating leader and managed operations in Eastern Europe. Earlier in his career, he has worked with GE, ANZ Grindlays, Bank of America and Citibank. Mr. Kang has an MBA degree from the Central Queensland University in Australia and a Bachelors in Commerce from Punjab University.

Manish Sinha · Business Unit Leader - Industrial and Infrastructure Services Manish Sinha serves as Business Unit Leader of the Industrial and Infrastructure (I&I) Services which serves the manufacturing, utilities, telecommunications, and logistics industries. He joined WNS from Capital One Financial, one of the world's largest diversified financial services firms, where he was responsible for the P&L of the debt management and late-stage collections businesses. During his tenure at Capital One, which included both operations and strategic roles, he drove innovation by using outsourcing as a means to drive over $95 million in value generation and 15 percent improvement in performance. Mr.Sinha's career includes senior roles at notable consultancies such as McKinsey and Company and Infosys. He received an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, and a Bachelors degree in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.

Sumer Shankardass · Insurance Practice Leader Sumer Shankardass leads WNS’s Insurance and Healthcare practice and is based in Chicago. He is responsible for growing this vertical, which is comprised of over 7,000 employees delivering simple to complex services across the entire insurance value chain. Mr Shankardass brings over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry which includes 17 years in the BPO industry. He joined WNS from Willis, one of the world's leading insurance brokers, where he started his career as an aviation broker, holding progressively responsible positions whilst he set up its captive shared services center in Mumbai.. Mr. Shankardass has a Bachelors in Economics from St. Xaviers, Bombay University, and is an alumnus of INSEAD, France.

Sulakshana Patankar, Business Unit Leader - Finance and Accounting Services Sulakshana Patankar serves as Business Unit Leader of our Finance and Accounting Services unit. She is based in Pune and is one of the founders of the company’s Finance and Accounting practice. She has played significant roles in helping grow the company since joining WNS in 2000. Prior to joining WNS, Sulakshana was a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she managed various assignments in the area of business process re-engineering and financial / strategic planning for large clients. Ms. Patankar is a Management Accountant.

Gautam Barai - BU Leader - Aviva Global Services Gautam Barai serves as the Business Unit Leader for WNS’s Aviva Business Unit. Prior to joining WNS, Gautam was Senior Vice President - Business Executive Operations for Bank of America Continuum’s Mortgage and Insurance Business. Prior to Bank of America, Gautam served as the Head of BPO at Countrywide Financial Corporation leading a team of over 5,000 employees. At Countrywide Financial, he was instrumental in setting up the India operations and was part of the management team that built the Costa Rica operations. Gautam is an engineer with an MBA from London Business School and Columbia University-Columbia Business School.
