Our CSR program, driven through WNS Cares Foundation (WCF), takes forward our mission to Educate, Empower, Enrich lesser privileged communities with the intent of making a difference around the world
. WCF reaches out to the less fortunate in Costa Rica, India, The Philippines, Romania, South Africa, Sri Lanka, UK and US. Our program reflects the WNS core values of learning and sharing knowledge, and our drive towards excellence in everything we do. It also is a reflection of our work environment that encourages passion and innovation.
WCF receives guidance from Mr. Keshav R. Murugesh, Chief Executive Officer, WNS Group; Mr. Sanjay Puria, Chief Financial Officer, WNS Group and Mr. R. Swaminathan, Chief People Officer, WNS Group in their capacity as WCF Board members. Ms. Shamini Murugesh, Chief Mentor of WCF, has wide experience in the area of social and community development, and has helped establish the WCF sustainability program.
